Ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu tablo h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fiyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesiyle birlikte, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 psikososyal riskler hem bireysel sa\u011fl\u0131k hem de kurumsal performans a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en kritik ba\u015fl\u0131klardan biri haline geldi. <\/strong><\/p><p>Uluslararas\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (ILO) yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8220;The Psychosocial Working Environment: Global Developments and Pathways for Action&#8221; (Psikososyal \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Ortam\u0131: K\u00fcresel Geli\u015fmeler ve Eylem Yollar\u0131) 2026 Raporu, bu risklerin boyutunu yaln\u0131zca bir \u201c\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimi\u201d meselesi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p, k\u00fcresel bir sa\u011fl\u0131k ve ekonomi sorunu olarak ele al\u0131yor.<\/p><p><strong>Perakende Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn G\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen Y\u00fck\u00fc: Duygusal Talepler<\/strong><br \/>Perakende ve hizmet sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, ILO\u2019nun 2026 raporunda psikososyal risklerin en yo\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlardan biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, yaln\u0131zca fiziksel de\u011fil, yo\u011fun bir &#8220;duygusal emek&#8221; (emotional labour) sarf etmek zorundalar.<br \/><strong>M\u00fc\u015fteri \u0130li\u015fkileri ve Duygusal Maskeleme:<\/strong> Rapora g\u00f6re, perakende \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 zorlu veya agresif m\u00fc\u015fterilerle etkile\u015fim halindeyken bile nezaketlerini korumak ve ger\u00e7ek duygular\u0131n\u0131 gizlemek durumunda. Bu &#8220;duygular\u0131n bast\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131&#8221; hali, uzun vadede t\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fin (burnout) en b\u00fcy\u00fck tetikleyicilerinden biri olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor.<br \/><strong>Cinsiyet Odakl\u0131 Risk Fark\u0131:<\/strong> Veriler, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n hizmet ve bak\u0131m rollerinde yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131 nedeniyle duygusal taleplere erkeklerden \u00e7ok daha fazla maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Avrupa verilerinde duygular\u0131n\u0131 saklayarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma oran\u0131 kad\u0131nlarda %29 iken, erkeklerde bu oran %22.<br \/><strong>\u00c7at\u0131\u015fma ve \u015eiddet Riski:<\/strong> M\u00fc\u015fteri odakl\u0131 roller, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slardan kaynaklanan \u015fiddet ve taciz riskine daha a\u00e7\u0131k. Rapor, perakende gibi sekt\u00f6rlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %13&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u015f yerinde duygusal olarak sars\u0131c\u0131 durumlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor.<\/p><p><strong>Dijital D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve Yeni \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bi\u00e7imleri<\/strong><br \/>Rapora g\u00f6re ma\u011fazac\u0131l\u0131k operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla dijitalle\u015fmesi, perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde &#8220;nas\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131&#8221; k\u00f6kten de\u011fi\u015ftirirken, beraberinde yeni psikososyal tehditler getiriyor.<br \/><strong>Algoritmik Y\u00f6netim ve \u0130zlenme Stresi:<\/strong> Rapor, g\u00f6revlerin yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla atand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve performans\u0131n anl\u0131k verilerle (KPI&#8217;lar) takip edildi\u011fi sistemlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u00fczerinde ciddi bir bask\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funu belirtiyor. Otomatik talimatlar ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraf derecelendirme sistemleri (m\u00fc\u015fteri puanlamalar\u0131 vb.), \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015f \u00fczerindeki \u00f6zerkli\u011fini (autonomy) k\u0131s\u0131tlayarak stres seviyelerini artt\u0131r\u0131yor.<br \/><strong>\u0130\u015f Yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131 (Work Intensification):<\/strong> Yeni teknolojiler baz\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7leri kolayla\u015ft\u0131rsa da, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %28&#8217;i teknoloji kullan\u0131m\u0131yla birlikte i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildiriyor. Perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde teknolojinin i\u015f temposunu belirledi\u011fi durumlarda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %16&#8217;s\u0131 karar verme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissediyor.<br \/><strong>S\u00fcrekli Ula\u015f\u0131labilirlik:<\/strong> Hibrit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelleri ve dijital ileti\u015fim kanallar\u0131, profesyonel ve \u00f6zel ya\u015fam aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belirsizle\u015ftiriyor. Rapor, bu durumun &#8220;i\u015ften kopamama&#8221; sorununa yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve &#8220;ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 kesme hakk\u0131&#8221; (right to disconnect) gibi yasal d\u00fczenlemelerin \u00f6nemini hat\u0131rlat\u0131yor.<\/p><p><strong>Genel \u00c7arp\u0131c\u0131 Veriler: G\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen Krizin Boyutu<\/strong><br \/>Rapora g\u00f6re i\u015f kaynakl\u0131 psikososyal risklerin etkisi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczden \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck: Her y\u0131l 840 binden fazla insan, bu risklerle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 hastal\u0131klar nedeniyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybediyor.<br \/>Bu tabloya ek olarak, d\u00fcnya genelinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 45 milyon sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam y\u0131l\u0131 kayb\u0131 (DALY) ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Ekonomik etkisi ise en az sa\u011fl\u0131k boyutu kadar \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131: Psikososyal riskler, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte GSYH\u2019nin %1,37\u2019sine denk gelen bir kayba neden oluyor.<br \/>Bu veriler, konunun art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca insan kaynaklar\u0131 ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyeti ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131; do\u011frudan ekonomik s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ile ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor.<\/p><p><strong>Riskler Ne Kadar Yayg\u0131n?<\/strong><br \/>Sorunun boyutunu anlamak i\u00e7in yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na bakmak yeterli: D\u00fcnya genelinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %35\u2019i haftada 48 saatten fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. \u00d6te yandan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %23\u2019\u00fc i\u015f hayat\u0131 boyunca en az bir kez \u015fiddet veya tacize maruz kal\u0131yor.<br \/>Bu veriler, psikososyal risklerin istisnai de\u011fil, aksine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131sal bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline geldi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p><p><strong>Psikososyal Risklerin Kayna\u011f\u0131: Sistem, Birey De\u011fil<\/strong><br \/>Raporda alt\u0131 \u00e7izilen en \u00f6nemli noktalardan biri, bu risklerin bireysel zay\u0131fl\u0131klardan de\u011fil; i\u015fin tasar\u0131m\u0131ndan, organizasyon yap\u0131s\u0131ndan, y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imlerinden ve kurumsal politikalardan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131.<br \/>Bu nedenle stres, t\u00fckenmi\u015flik ya da motivasyon kayb\u0131 gibi \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bireysel de\u011fil; sistemsel sorunlar\u0131n bir yans\u0131mas\u0131 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p><p><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131ktan Performansa Uzanan Zincir<\/strong><br \/>Psikososyal risklerin etkisi \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131. Sa\u011fl\u0131k taraf\u0131nda; kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klar, depresyon ve di\u011fer mental sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karken, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ise verimlilik kayb\u0131, devams\u0131zl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131, i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma oranlar\u0131nda y\u00fckseli\u015f gibi sonu\u00e7lar ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<br \/>Bu durum, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile i\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda do\u011frudan ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ili\u015fki oldu\u011funu net bi\u00e7imde ortaya koyuyor.<\/p><p><strong>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm: Bireysel De\u011fil, B\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl Yakla\u015f\u0131m<\/strong><br \/>Rapora g\u00f6re en kritik hata, bu riskleri yaln\u0131zca bireysel dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ya da ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim perspektifinden ele almak.
