Rapora g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda olgun e-ticaret pazarlar\u0131 aras\u0131na girdi ve e-ticaret harcamalar\u0131 Covid-19 pandemisinin etkisiyle %45 artt\u0131.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">E-ticaret ekosistemi ile e-ticaretin ekonomik ve sosyal etkilerini \u00f6l\u00e7me amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan \u201cEkonominin D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc G\u00fcc\u00fc: E-Ticaret Etki Analizi, T\u00fcrkiye E-Ticaret Ekosistemine Bak\u0131\u015f\u201d raporu, kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k kaynaklar, sekt\u00f6r bile\u015fenleriyle yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ile 220&#8217;den fazla i\u015fletme ve 1.500 t\u00fcketici ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na dayan\u0131yor.<\/p><p>K\u00fcresel e-ticaret trendlerinin incelendi\u011fi rapor, Covid-19 pandemisinin etkisiyle 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada internet kullanan her be\u015f ki\u015fiden d\u00f6rd\u00fcn\u00fcn e-ticareti deneyimledi\u011fi vurgusuyla ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Pandemi s\u00fcrecinde farkl\u0131 ya\u015f gruplar\u0131ndan ve ekonomik d\u00fczeyden t\u00fcketicilerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra KOB\u0130 ve giri\u015fimler de ilk kez e-ticaret deneyimini ya\u015farken, t\u00fcketici beklentilerindeki de\u011fi\u015fim ile farkl\u0131 kategori ve \u00fcr\u00fcn segmentlerine do\u011fru h\u0131zl\u0131 bir y\u00f6nelim g\u00f6ze \u00e7arp\u0131yor.<\/p><p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye E-Ticarette Olgun Pazarlar Aras\u0131na Girdi<\/strong><br \/>2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fclkemizde e-ticaret harcamalar\u0131 226 Milyar TL\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131 ve e-ticaret harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n GSYH\u2019ya oran\u0131n\u0131n %4,5 seviyesine ula\u015fmas\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda olgun pazarlar aras\u0131na girdi. T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisi 2020\u2019de reel olarak %1,8 b\u00fcy\u00fctken e-ticaret harcamalar\u0131, %45 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc. Hanehalk\u0131 harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n %8\u2019ini e-ticaret olu\u015fturuyor ve bu harcamalar\u0131n %63\u2019\u00fc mobil uygulamalar \u00fczerinden yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p><p><strong>T\u00fcketici Uygun Fiyat Diyor<\/strong><br \/>Rapor, Covid-19 pandemisi ile e-ticaret yapan t\u00fcketicilerin e-ticaret al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor. E-ticaret t\u00fcketicilerinin tercihlerinin de incelendi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re t\u00fcketicilerin y\u00fczde 51\u2019i, e-ticaret kanallar\u0131n\u0131n tercihinde en etkili fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn uygun fiyat oldu\u011funu belirtiyor. T\u00fcketicilerin e-ticarette en yayg\u0131n al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kategori y\u00fczde 85 oranla giyim \u00fcr\u00fcnleri olurken t\u00fcketicilerin %44\u2019\u00fc pandemi d\u00f6neminde dijital i\u00e7erik kullan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor. T\u00fcketicilerin en \u00e7ok tercih etti\u011fi e-ticaret kanal\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 91 oranla e-ticaret pazaryerleri.<\/p><p><strong>\u0130\u015fletmelerin %22\u2019si Ek \u0130stihdam Sa\u011flad\u0131<\/strong><br \/>E-ticaret ekosisteminin b\u00fcy\u00fcme trendlerine de yer verilen raporda, e-ticarete kat\u0131lan i\u015fletme say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2015\u2019ten bu yana toplam y\u00fczde 42 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgulan\u0131yor. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l toplam sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki internet sat\u0131\u015f pay\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten i\u015fletmelerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 65 olurken, i\u015fletmelerin y\u00fczde 22\u2019si internet sat\u0131\u015f kanal\u0131 i\u00e7in ek istihdam olu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7iziyor. Covid-19 pandemisi sona erdikten sonra da internet sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen firma oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 39.<\/p><p><strong>E-Ticaret Pazaryerleri B\u00fcy\u00fcyor<\/strong><br \/>E-Ticaret Pazaryerleri, i\u015fletmelerin e-ticarete ge\u00e7i\u015fini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra t\u00fcketiciler i\u00e7in de kolay bir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f deneyimi sunmalar\u0131 itibariyle \u00f6nemli bir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f kanal\u0131 haline gelmi\u015f durumda. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren e-pazaryerlerine kat\u0131lan i\u015fletme say\u0131s\u0131 4 kat artarken sadece e-pazaryerlerinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren i\u015fletmelerin oran\u0131, %92. E-ticaret faaliyetinde bulunan i\u015fletmelerin internet sat\u0131\u015f gelirleri i\u00e7erisindeki e-pazaryeri pay\u0131 ise %81.<br \/>Raporun bulgular\u0131na g\u00f6re t\u00fcketiciler de e-pazaryerlerini tercih etme e\u011filimi g\u00f6steriyor. \u0130nternette reklam veya tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6ncelikle e-pazaryerlerinden sat\u0131n alan t\u00fcketicilerin oran\u0131, %70. E-ticaret kanal tercihinde e-pazaryerlerinin pay\u0131 %91 olurken ayda en az 1 kez e-ticaret al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi yapan e-pazaryeri kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n oran\u0131, %60.<\/p><p><strong>E-Ticaret, Ekonomik Kalk\u0131nmaya Katk\u0131da Bulunuyor<\/strong><br \/>E-ticaret faaliyetleri, destekledi\u011fi ekosistemle beraber T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ekonomik kalk\u0131nma vizyonuna da katk\u0131da bulunuyor. Rapordan dikkat \u00e7ekici bulgular \u015f\u00f6yle:<br \/>\u2022 Yerel i\u015fletmelerden yap\u0131lan e-ticaret harcamas\u0131 216 milyar TL.<br \/>\u2022 E-ticaretin toplam gayri safi katma de\u011fer katk\u0131s\u0131 253 milyar TL.<br \/>\u2022 E-ticaret toplam istihdama 1,9 milyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanla katk\u0131da bulunuyor.<br \/>\u2022 E-ticaretin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de toplam vergi katk\u0131s\u0131 56 milyar TL.<br \/>\u2022 E-ticaret b\u00f6lgesel gayrisafi katma de\u011ferinin (GSKD) T\u00fcrkiye b\u00f6lgesel gayrisafi katma de\u011ferine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 5,6.<br \/>\u2022 E-ticaret destekli istihdam\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye istihdam\u0131na oran\u0131 %7,2.<\/p><p><strong>E-Ticaretle D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen Sekt\u00f6rler<\/strong><br \/>E-ticaretin ekonomik vizyona katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra i\u015fletmelerin operasyonel ve dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmler ya\u015famas\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131 da raporda kendine yer buluyor.<br \/>\u2022 Lojistik ve Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k: Geleneksel lojistik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ciddi bir hacim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131yor ve mikro da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m gibi \u00e7eviklik ve teknoloji odakl\u0131 yeni de\u011fer \u00f6nerileri geli\u015fmeye ba\u015fl\u0131yor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda, t\u00fcm g\u00f6nderiler i\u00e7erisinde e-ticaretin pay\u0131, %60 olurken kargo sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan istihdam art\u0131\u015f\u0131, %65.<br \/>\u2022 \u00d6deme Hizmetleri: \u00c7evrimd\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00f6demelerin yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkemizde e-ticaretin h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fimiyle beraber elektronik \u00f6demeler de h\u0131zla yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor ve benimseniyor.
