Ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan elde edilen verilere g\u00f6re \u015firketlerin yak\u0131n gelecekte ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu yeni profesyonellerin uzmanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n; y\u00fczde 45.5\u2019i Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k, y\u00fczde 34\u2019\u00fc Sat\u0131\u015f ve y\u00fczde 33.3\u2019\u00fc Ara\u015ft\u0131rma alan\u0131nda olaca\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi. \u015eirket y\u00f6neticileri pandemi d\u00f6neminde ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan ilk 5 yeni \u00f6\u011frenme yetkinli\u011fi: Uyum, Liderlik, Tak\u0131m Y\u00f6netimi, Dijital Beceriler, Duygusal Zeka olarak s\u0131ralad\u0131lar.<\/p><p><strong>\u2018Ekonomik Durum K\u00f6t\u00fc\u2019 Diyenler, %40<\/strong><br \/>Ankete kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 40.6&#8217;\u0131, ekonominin durumunu hem Covid \u00f6ncesinden hem de 2020 ilkbahar\u0131n\u0131n ortalamas\u0131ndan daha k\u00f6t\u00fc olarak de\u011ferlendirirken, sadece y\u00fczde 11.8&#8217;i mevcut durumun 2020 ilkbahar\u0131ndan daha iyi oldu\u011funu ve Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131ndan bu yana stabil bir \u015fekilde d\u00fczeldi\u011fini dile getirdiler. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 23.2&#8217;si ekonomik durumun 2020 ilkbahar\u0131ndan daha iyi oldu\u011funu, ancak Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131ndan \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemden daha k\u00f6t\u00fc oldu\u011funu, y\u00fczde 24.4&#8217;l\u00fck kesim durumun 2020 ilkbahar\u0131ndan bu yana stabil oldu\u011funu ancak Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131ndan \u00f6nceki d\u00f6nemden daha k\u00f6t\u00fc oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p><p><strong>Pandemi En \u00c7ok Moda Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc Vurdu<\/strong><br \/>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda y\u00f6neticilerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinin hem ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fclkelere g\u00f6re, hem de faaliyet g\u00f6sterdikleri sekt\u00f6rlere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken, bununla birlikte bir\u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma da pandeminin baz\u0131 sekt\u00f6rleri di\u011ferlerinden daha fazla vurdu\u011fu, baz\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlere de f\u0131rsatlar sundu\u011funu ortaya koydu. Finansal hizmetler, sigorta ve bankac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n 2020 ilkbahar\u0131 ve Covid \u00f6ncesi ortalamalardan daha k\u00f6t\u00fc oldu\u011funu dile getirenler y\u00fczde 50 olurken, d\u00f6rt ki\u015fiden sadece biri toparlanman\u0131n 2022&#8217;den \u00f6nce ba\u015flamayaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. 2021\u2019in ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde toparlanma olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen y\u00f6neticilerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 1.7, 2021 ilkbahar\u0131nda iyile\u015fme olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenler y\u00fczde 13.1, 2021 yaz d\u00f6nemi diyenler y\u00fczde 26.1, 2021 sonu i\u00e7in d\u00fczelme olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6renler ise y\u00fczde 31.8 olurken, toparlanman\u0131n 2022&#8217;de olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirenler y\u00fczde 27.3 olarak tespit edildi.<\/p><p><strong>En \u0130yimserler, Amerika\u2019daki Y\u00f6neticiler<\/strong><br \/>Pandeminin neden oldu\u011fu ekonomik krize kar\u015f\u0131 en iyimser olanlar ise Amerika&#8217;daki y\u00f6neticiler oldu. ABD&#8217;li y\u00f6neticilerin y\u00fczde 86&#8217;dan fazlas\u0131 2022&#8217;de Covid-19 ile u\u011fra\u015fmak durumunda kal\u0131nmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken, bu oran Asya&#8217;daki y\u00f6neticilerde y\u00fczde 74.5, Bat\u0131 Avrupa&#8217;da y\u00fczde 73 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 iyimserlik hissiyat\u0131n\u0131n da sekt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi. Krizden daha az zarar g\u00f6ren sekt\u00f6rler, gelece\u011fe de en iyimser bakan i\u015f kollar\u0131 olurken, 2021 ba\u015flar\u0131nda krizin bitece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren y\u00f6neticilerin en y\u00fcksek Bilgi Teknolojileri (y\u00fczde 45.7) ve Online Perakende (y\u00fczde 38.5) olarak s\u0131raland\u0131.<\/p><p><strong>Her 5 Y\u00f6neticiden 1&#8217;i Karamsar<\/strong><br \/>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda y\u00f6neticilerin bir\u00e7o\u011fu pandemi \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6neme yeniden d\u00f6n\u00fclebilece\u011fine inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken, y\u00fczde 14&#8217;l\u00fck dilimdeki bir grup ise pandeminin \u015firketlerini etkilemedi\u011fini, y\u00fczde 10\u2019luk k\u0131s\u0131m ise Covid-19 sayesinde i\u015flerinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Pandeminin i\u015flerini artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyenler y\u00fczde 10.6, n\u00f6tr kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtenler y\u00fczde 13.8, \u00f6nceki krizlere k\u0131yasla daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funu belirtenler y\u00fczde 23.2, toparlanmaya m\u00fcsait y\u00fczde 45.8, ciddi ve toparlanmas\u0131 imkans\u0131z diyenler ise sadece 6.7 olarak s\u0131raland\u0131. \u00d6te yandan Bat\u0131 Avrupa&#8217;da, krizin etkisinden kurtulamayacaklar\u0131na inanan \u015firketlerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 8.2 olurken, bu oran Amerika ve Asya&#8217;da y\u00fczde 1&#8217;in alt\u0131nda kald\u0131. Salg\u0131nda en \u00e7ok zarar g\u00f6ren sekt\u00f6r moda olurken, bu sekt\u00f6rdeki y\u00f6neticilerin y\u00fczde 20&#8217;si, hi\u00e7bir \u015feyin eskisi gibi olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.
